You can get to us by:
 
Bus: 5, 7, 45 to and from Dublin city centre. Please go to Dublin Bus for more information
 
Dart: Sandymount Dart Station (5 minutes walk to the Embassy). Please go to Irish Rail for more information
 
Car: although parking is not available in the Embassy grounds without prior permission, Pay & Display parking is available nearby

We are open Monday-Friday, except for Embassy holidays

In case of emergencies outside office hours (17.00 - 09.00): In severe emergencies only (eg: the arrest, death or serious injury of a British national) the Embassy Duty Officer can be contacted on 01 205 3790.  Non-emergency calls eg: passport or visa enquiries to this number will not be dealt with in any circumstance.

Credit Card Payment Service:

For applicants in Ireland, please call +44 208 082 4737 between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm local time, Monday to Friday. Please ensure you have your credit card details ready before calling. Calls will be handled by Careline Services. Calls will be charged at GBP 0.69 per minute for the duration of the call. (Telephone service providers will also charge for the cost of the international call)

For customers with hearing difficulties, a Textphone service is available by contacting +44 1750 725368. This is a credit card payment service, charged at the same rates as above.

Premium Rate Number:

Alternatively, applicants can contact the Passport Information Helpline via a premium-rate telephone number.

Please call 157 099 9331 between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm, local time, Monday to Friday. Calls will be handled by Careline Services and will be charged at 1.75 Euros per minute for the duration of the call.  Calls made from mobile phones may be subject to additional charges so please check with your mobile phone provider.
